Hello all.. wow, you all have been POWER posters LOL! I unexpectedly came home from work early Monday evening, having only been there a couple hours... seems I had the FLU! I had a 102 temp and all day yesterday was out of it too...

I feel much better now...

But... like always, didn't read here LOL Except I see birthdays...so...

Happy BIRTHDAY to ALL that had them !!!!!

And, I hope all surgeries went well too!

Ok, I think that about covers it LOL

Today i go to Russell's school and meet with his teacher, Anne. She wants to talk about placement for next year which I am keeping an open mind about but a bit aprehensive about also. I STRESSED that i wanted him in EC until he was 6 (2004). I CAN keep him in EC until then but they feel the school age self contained program at the elementary school would be good for him. So, we shall see.... That will be FIVE schools in 2 1/2 yrs for Russell and I don't know if THAT is good... there are LOTS of good points about this other school... but I just don't know...

I'll let you know how it goes...

Oh.. and will there be Jello SHOTS in Chicago??? LMAO!

A.

I want to thank everyone for their prayers for Adam and the e-mails that wa sent to my personal e-mail. Adam's last blood test last week showed that his hemoglobin levels had dropped a bit, so although still in the high levels they have cancelled the bone marrow as he it is not in the serious enough levels to make him undergo a bone marrow.

Hey All! --- I have been gone waaaaay tooooo long & see I have missed more posts than I could ever catch up on.....
To fill you all in - I am still the "one-armed bandit" - had to have a second surgery the Wed. before Easter to repair some torn ligaments on the opposite side of my right wrist. - Luckily tho I do have a removable cast so that it's easier to take showers & such....just have to do NO wrist rotation! I am trying to be careful as I don't want to suffer thru another surgery .... but I was going stir crazy & have finally slowed down enough on my pain pills that I can think to type!!!

Susan - I am soooooooo very sorry to read about your Mom......... I read over your last several posts --- I am glad to read that you got to spend some more tie with her & that you were there for her at the end. Big, hugs & lots of prayers being sent your way my friend...

Robin - I read about Chase's recent antics -- tooo funny with him"escaping" Walker! And you know - the "dying" thing -- I keep going over it with Adam too --- we talk about Bradley (our dog) still almost weekly (at least it's not Daily anymore!) He brings it up and has said similar things as well... We went to his grave recently and he was calling Bradley to "wake up"! -- It made me smile -- you'r e right - if life could be so simple ---I think our kids are wonderful --So full of trust and innocence --

OK - just a couple more things before my arm falls off!

Ro - glad to see you post up girl!!
Hey Tricia! Fellow Pack-Ratter! I can't do much cleaning these days w/one arm -- so the P-Rat Piles abound!
Jackie- Love the "MARS" diagnosis made by DH! LOL! Hope you find some energy for the party - I'd try to help ya out but I'm kinda "Short-Handed" right now!! LOL!! (It's late at nite -- what can I say??!) I think it's great you do the B-day party for her each year! You are one TERRIFIC Mom!

Steff - hope all is well with Jeff ---geesh poor guy doesn't seem to get a break does he??! I'll be praying for him -- BTW what's a PET-scan?

HELLO to all the Newcomers! This is the BEST place - you will become addicted to coming here! Just like having a new extended family!

To all having (or HAD -- sorry Meri!!) B-Days - hope they are/were happy!!BTW -sounds like you'd better start planning to put in a FENCE Suz -- you are definitely gonna need one by her NEXT B-day with all that fun stuff around!!!

To all undergoing surgeries - prayers & hugs to you-post up to tell us all is well! :)

Little quick update on my boy -- He's trying to ride a 2-wheeler now (w/training wheels) -- got his 1st boo-boo last wkend when he tipped over on the driveway & scrapped his elbow! --- He was in a Special Olympics (Basketball) event over the wkend --- lots of fun --If any pics come out good I'l try to post ---- AND last but NOT Least -- He made his 1st Communion the Thurs. before Easter (Holy Thursday) -- Very exciting! We are Soooo proud of him! - I'm waiting for pics of that too.... we'' see if any come out clear enough to post....

OK- Gotta scoot - wrist is feeling the pain of being on here too long!
Hope to post again soon!
{{{hugs}}}

Hi all! Thought I would drop in for a few and try to catch up. It looks like everyone is busy busy busy.
We are all doing well here in lower Michigan. The day was beautiful! It is really getting close to garden time and I am so excited.
Mia has learned to ride her 2 wheeled bike. She is so excited. We bought Jakey a tricycle for his birthday but his little legs are no where close to reaching. Joe is going to make somekind of attachments. Today, Jake was playing in our friends yard and keeping up with the other kids. It is so fun to watch him actually play with the other kids. Granted, he does not like to take turns! He can do forward rolls. Can you believe that? He is also getting closer and closer to running. His little arms just fly around. It is so funny. Tonight when I was getting him ready for bed, we read 2 stories. Then he took the books and took a deep breath and started making all kinds of noises, as if he was telling the story. Every page he turned, he took a deep breath, and started jabbering again. Here and there he will say an actual word. I think he just gets lucky! He has been so much fun lately. He is learning and doing so much more. I can't wait to actually talk with him one day. I know he has lots to say!
I went up North this weekend fora Special Olympic training class. I saw several older boys with DS. It made me so anxious to know what Jake will look like when he is older. I can't imagine that he would be anything but cute, but then again, I am his mom!
Happy Birthday to all those special people out there.
Prayers for all that are sick and recuperating!
Robin, so glad you got some "fun" time! Those jello shots sound good....I wonder how many points those are on weight watchers.....Susan, any idea?
Love you girls!
Holly
Oh, and what is this Chicago thing? Have I missed a planning of another get together? I would love to come if I can make it. This summer is already so busy.
Talk soon!

STEFF....sorry to have been missing you ...I have been mega sick...some icky thing. I swore it was SARS...but Ed says..NO....it was MARS (MINOR acute respiratory syndrome).....dont ever marry a doc if you want sympathy when you get sick....LOL Anyhow it kept me off the computer for almost a week so you KNOW I was pretty sick. I am on the mend now a week later...but still puny. I decided to get out of the house to run two errands...took Em with me...thought I would die...and then Em says...."hey...lets eat out...I am going to take a break from my soaps today because I would like to spend the day with YOU".....LOL....what could I do...so I dragged in about three this afternoon after a wonderful day with Emily. She is once again obsessed with her birthday. The annual party might have grown this year to over 20...its in the back yard.....4-7....and will be cook out and games like waterballoons and bocce....we are also going to make our own sundaes. Everyone looks foreward to her birthday bash because no one else's family ever has a party or gets these kids together. So...I am going outside in a moment and ask the fairies in my garden to scare up some energy for me to get thru the rest of this week!!!!!!!

I haven't posted in a while and I'm trying desperately to get caught up on reading all the messages!
Hi to everyone and hugs....but a special welcome to people I haven't seen post before (maybe they have but I may have missed)....So...
Hi Gabriella...mom to Stephen.
Hi Angela ...mom to Megan
Hi Andrea - mom to Kaid...love that name
Hi Christine...great grandmother to Jonathan
Hi Annette - Mom to Ashley
Each of you has said something about your child as well as yourself....and I personally want to tell you that the experiences shared here at UnoMas are some of the best resource materials you will find...
Please remember to use the Bulletin Board option also. There is a wealth of information and experience there.
My "fave" of course is the PhotoAlbum. Four years and four months ago, I found this site while surfing looking for info on Ds...after my first grandchild, Zoë was born on Christmas Eve....I could barely tear myself away from the photo album, looking at all the beautiful faces, reading the stories, checking out the links, etc....It was the "jump start" I needed as I waited for the day I could board the plane to go south to meet our precious grandbaby (she came two weeks early and we were booked on a charter flight"...
I can tell you Ds has opened up a whole new world to me, the most important of which is the beautiful friendships I have made - and will continue to make.
I will look forward to reading more about your children, and hopefully, to seeing their pictures in the monthly photo albums (I post one every month of our dynamic duo....Zoë and Pierce.
Hugs,
gramma joan

OK gals! 1st I'm gonna cuss my pals out cause ya all forgot Miss Meri's birthday the day before Easter...so I'm holding the pcs of the event as ransom!('cept Miss Robin Louise)...I KNOW it was on the calender...what the heck happened to it???
2nd~ Her appt at Children's...well, I guess it was mediocre.....Mike & I took her...he got a day off figuring we may be talking to the surgeons....well, they did the EKG & vitals, then a cardiologist came in (nother new guy, not the dept head who supposedly took on her case) anyhoo....he says the tracing was identical to the last 2 so he was cancelling the rest of her workup, ruling her stable, & bring her back in a year....So we'll go back right after her 3rd birthday, &
redo her workup & possibly schedule surgery then"wash, rinse, repeat" ya know.....so I guess that's good news that she's stable but bad that it still looks like eventual surgery.
Annette: Meri was like that. A very happy baby but made no laughter sounds for months.Eventually one day when I tickled her a little gurgle came out....
Steph: A house! How great!
Sorry I didn't chat last night...we had that big farm auction next door Sat & they parked on our property & I was/still am drained.I had to watch Sam constantly cause there were something like 200 trucks + all those strangers.Still a trickle of trucks picking up purchases so it's sort of zooy here.
Chase! Give yer mama a rest! Mike & I fell asleep talking about that last night...my fear that Meri will wander when she gets older & we have the ponds & cool stuff to follow like geese & calves...way scary stuff!

and ANGELA BIG ((HUGS))) to you both... I'll tell ya all of Livs procedures were MUCH MUCH more traumatic on me than her. She usta be sooo good about em...She still is a saint when it comes to the docs and procedures.. EVEN when she is done with her bloodwork.. She tells em THANK YOU (after the crocodile tears which BTW now that she is older they get her 1st poke it gets better you guys MUCH MUCH) then runs out to tell the GINT lobby at UCLA about her needle and it hurt etc. You should see how the child works the crowd... ANYONE who is looking at her will get the story. She has gotten more toys candy etc from people who thought she was soo good about it that they race to the gift shop to buy her something. Ya wanna hear something cool?? When Walter Mattheau was still alive he was getting treated at the same place Liv goes.. He went in the gift shop after talking to her for a LONG time(with his nurse) and he bought her a 50.00 bear.. We had a chat cause I usta see him all the time in Santa Monica where I went to high school and he would walk his dog and me n my pals were soo bad we would smoke ciggs in the alley before school. and he STILL was soo nice to us. I told him that story when he saw us at UCLA!!! LOLOL.. BAD STEFFF....WELL hugs and prayers coming your way.

Jackie ems ma... So sorry bout that family in Amarillo...that is soo sad.. :( WHERE THE HECK HAVE YOU BEEN????? BTW I like the new pics is Emilys hair different now?????
Jeff went in for his ultrasound..Man the guy is falling apart. Remember I said his bloodwork liver #'s and his platelets were high liver #'s doubled?? WELL his liver GREW a LOT in 2 months.. UGGGG....He also now has geez a cyst on his kidney which they will only watch gall stones....d a strange mass small one on his liver near one of his big veins I believe the portal one. SO he goes for a PET SCAN towards the end of may.. Cross your fingers and toes...

Gabriella.. was it ZITHROMAX??? My personal fav for Olivia.. Now I must say that before her t and a surgery she had constant sinus infections.. NOW her colds don't turn into the infection.. One doc put it this way to me.. She said that..When your child has such a small airway and enlarged tonsils and or adnoids that when the cold is over(or so we think it is eh?) that some leftover junk snot ewww is sitting on the enlarged adnoids and festering into a full blown sinus infection therby requiring antibiotics...T and A is NOT a cure all but Liv has YET to have a sinus infection since her surgery last may.. SO... Hope that helps but ZITHRO is the best not all insurance covers it cause it is sooo expensive(our pharmacist puts in one time only OR comps it for Liv cause her ins won't cover it. But man it knocks whatever is in there OUT!!! Hope Stephen feels better... Where you from???

Happy Birthdays to all wow quite a few of them too.
Prayers heading out to all of our little ones having their surgeries and those who are still kicking some leftover winter bugs.
Now Robin I do believe you are clearly mistaken about those jello shots but then of course it is kinda hard to keep track of those little buggers when you are doing 2 and 3 at a time ROFL. OK ok honestly we are sooooooo glad you's could make it up there we had a great time and bless Mr. Chases' heart he was just soooo cute and I guess I will have to owe him a monster truck since we couldn't get the playstation to work. And YES I was serious about doing this once a month lol we didn't get home til late I just couldn't leave lol........
Um Cathy Chuck says are in big trouble for not letting him know Princess made it home alright. He was upset he wasn't there to say bye to his DIL. That's alright you are definitely in the parking lot come June lol.
Ok Thank You sooooooo much for an absolute bestest weekend in a looooooooong looooooooong time ok since Dogman and family but hey that was 2 1/2 months ago geeeeeesh.

Hello, I have a 7year old boy with down syndrome, Stephan. He is always sick with ear infections and throat infections...always as in he is only well about one out of four weeks of the month. I was wondering if any of you have that problem and know of some kind of antibiotic that works well for your child. We've done Amoxillin and Augmintin ES but they really don't work. Once upon a time a doctor that deals with down syndrome children came to San Antonio and somebody told me that he said Amoxillin was just a waste of time with downs children. They mentioned another antibiotic, but I cannot remember it for the world. I would really appreciate if any of you have some info on this.
I enjoy reading about all of your children :)

I don't know how you can keep up with Chase. It's no wonder that you are blessed with a good sense of humor and patience.
I can't wait to see everyone when you come to Chicago. I have not been able to get on to even read unomas much any more. So much has been going on. It's good to read and try to catch up with everyone. Arianna is getting so big now. She wants to do everything herself now too. Well I have to go now. I will try and post soon.

Andrea,
Just wanted to say hi and welcome ya to the board Congratulations on the new arrival& welcome to the exciting world of Parenthood:) Hope to hear plenty about you and yours and when you get a chance we have what we so fondly call the BRAG BOARD:) If ya got a snap of Kaid and family post up and let us see your adorable little man:)
Here are UNOLAND we talk about everything:)LOL Nothing is sacred here:) If you have a question and you need an answer just ask. It has probably been asked before and more than likely it will be asked again:)
Another thing we have and many fit into:) is the little stinkers club:), The Wandering club, and of course there are the ones yet unclassified:) Since Kaid is still immobile he will most assuredly fall into the later category, BUT that will change so get ready:)LOL
Up top we have links to many aspects of the board. If you haven't checked them out yet give them a try:) Chat is on Thursdays and Sunday evenings, and let me tell you we have some CHATTY people around here (but of course 'I' dont fall into this category. LOL)

hello,
This is all so new to me. I was told about this site, and wanted to see what it was all about. I was just told that My son kaid has Downs. Being a first mother I was really shocked, sad, worried, all the emotions that I never thought that I would have to face early on. I have really enjoyed all the comments that I have read they are really helpful, to get me through. I just need to know where there are some support groups or things, that I can talk to people about this. There are day's that I am really ok with all of it, ( well I am ok with it I have to be.) but just confused. I am young, and all my friends are haveing babies right now and they are wondering why. I am totally happy with kaid though. I would not have it any other way, even if we knew about this before we had him we would never want any thing else. Well thank you for anyone that can lend us some good advise. thank you so much andrea& kent.

Hi everyone I am Jonathan's great grandmother and I have enjoyed the album book for months now and I wanted to tell everyone what beautiful children I have enjoyed looking at. As you all know these are the sweetest kids on earth. I call Jonathan angel eyes.
I want to tell you all something funny he did. His dad built a room in the garage and the door is still the one that one was there and has glass at the top, well his mother went into that room and Jonathan locked her in , she told him to unlock the door and he smiled at her and walked off. She has a baby 4 months old and Jonathan is 22 months old, she could just see Jonathan feeding him his cheerios and was horrified, well she had to knock the glass out of the door to get to them.
When she got in Jonathan was playing with his toys in the living room but she was sick the rest of the day.
I wish I had found this site before Jonathan had his open heart surgery he was so sick for awhile.
And we are going through that feeding thing where he is so picky, he has learned to eat better since I found out that he loves cheese nip crackers and I break them into little pieces and like his cheerios he eats them with his hands, seems to help get use to eating food with texture.

I know its been a while just wanted to update on Ashley. She is almost 5 months old now...WOW where does time go.. DH is excepting Ashley FINALLY!!! She is rolling over back and forth it is so cute. She is wanting to sit up so bad but just is not strong or old enough yet. The one thing that does have me a bit concerned is she smiles like crazy, coos, and cries but has not yet to laugh out loud?
The other children are growing so fast as well. They love there baby sister soo much.
Looks like the Fl trip did us some good.
Hope all is well with everyone. I went back to work a few weeks ago so i dont have much time to post but i do often think about all you that helped me through this rough SHOCK of my life. Thank you all again. i think i finally see the light.

What a beautiful day we are having here in Oklahoma. Its finally not too windy to enjoy the wonderful 80 degree weather!!!! Quite a change from the horrible day I had the other day. Sorry for rambling about my problems, but joining your group was the best therapy I could have gotten for myself. And it feels good to let it all out to people that can understand my struggles. lol
Susan, I am sending my love to you and your family. I wish my mother could have seen my girls. Thats one of the things that really hurt me about losing her before she got to see all her grandbabies. She wll always be with you were ever you all go.

Hi everyone... We are back from our up north visit to see Jackie and her family and Cathy and hers minus John.
All I can say (or should I say all they are allowing me to say) ..is that I truely had a wodnerful time..none of my bunch wanted to come home, we ended up spendind the night and it was so darn much fun!!!!Jackie says we have to do it once a month and I hope she is serious.... I love those girls and their kids are honestly all sweet and good!!!! ( I got to do emily's hair and I get to do all of their hair in Chicago, cant wait) I wanted to bring the girls home with me but their moms said I get them for the summer :-D My boys had a blast with the kids. Katie has NOT grown one single inch, wait til you see her, but I swear she eats alot, and she is just as precious as she was last year if not more...she is starting to talk and signs alot! He is just beautiful...he nad Katie are quite the lookers :-) And they are so good!!! I was told and bribed with jello shots and cookies, brownies and muffins that I could not tell any of the shanigans that was going on when I got there so I must keep my lips closed, but lewt me say this.... I dont think there were but a handful of those 100 jello shots left!!!! You guys would love these people, so so col and sweet! Dave and chuck (Clark as Chase calls him, LOL) are already planning their hunts and fishing expeditions :-) ( and those guys can cook a mean steak!!)
Ok..I am so revived from the wonderful time, (just what I NEEDED to recover from Chase and Friday) that I need to get to work finishing my cleaning and laundry..wow and i am doing it with a smile!!!!! BTW..the sun is shining and it is warm!!!!

Robin

Susan the selfish part of me is SO glad you are back but you know i've carried you and all your family in my heart this week. I was so happy every time I looked at the message board and saw the outpouring of support to you...not surprised but I hope it has helped a little bit.
Your Mom's memorial service sounds so beautiful and the gift that she gave each of you.. she knew right up until the end how to take care of you didn't she ?

Hi there friends!!
~
We just walked in, and I had to quickly post.....I am totally overwhelmed by your sweet thoughts and expressions of sympathy. You are the best! As Robin mentioned, I'm really having a hard time with the loss of my mom. It just feels like it happened tooooo quickly!! And, Mom's mental status during most of our visit was SO limited because she was on such strong pain meds.....at times it seemed that she barely knew we were there. I'm really kicking myself for not making more of an effort to let her know my children LONG before now. I can't remember if I posted this the other day, but Emily went to Mom's room and sat on the bed with her for a few minutes on Saturday night. (keep in mind, this was the very first time she had met my mother.....Mom hadn't seen her since she was a year old) They talked for a few minutes, and at one point Emily pointed out that Mom's dog (a tiny Taco Bell type dog) looked just like a "baby deer". Mom was SO impressed and told Em how smart she was........her dog is a "deer variety" of that breed, and really does look like a tiny deer. I kept hoping and assuming that Mom would feel better on the next day and THEN the kids and I would be able to talk to her more, but that never happened. It's unbelievable to me that she can really be gone. The memorial service was exactly what she wanted it to be.....she insisted that it be as happy as possible. Several friends of hers and one of her grandaughters told funny stories about her. The man who was in charge of the service had been her boss for 15 years, and a very dear friend. At one point in the service, he called all 6 of her children up to the front where he gave us a gift from our mother.....a CD of Andrea Boccelli, her favorite singer and said she wanted all of us to listen to it anytime we were sad or stressed. Afterward, we went to the cemetary and had a separate little service where doves were given to each of the six of us...at the right time, we each released our doves and they all flew away (along with one which represented my mother) together. It was very sweet, and calming. The burial will be on Thursday at 1pm, and I'm going to try to go back again for that. Once again, I really do appreciate your thoughts and prayers for our family over the past few weeks.
~
I'll catch up on all the posts this weekend. Hugs to you all!
Susan

LOLOL you guys, it is so wonderful to be able to come here and share :-D but i think I outdid my share or sharing today so I am NOT going to tell you that Chase's aide got here at 3:10 today even though he was suspose to be here at noon (of all days to be late :-) and he was gone by 4:00 because he tried to put that angel of mine into time out and had to hold him down on his lap because the boy was having no part of it and to pay poor Walker back...he wet on him ON PURPOSE while sitting on his lap and then laughed!!! Now if I was going to tell that story I would also have to say I dont believe in spankings alot however.... that child got a good one today!!!!!!!
What is it with naughty kids today?? Full moon maybe???? LOL Adrienne, poor Oreo got lucky! And Carolyn.. I didnt know you were from Michigan....HI!!! LOL to your story of John, I know the EXACT feeling :-D

hugs to all, and I refuse to come back anymore today and share if he acts up again..besides..Daddy is home YEA!!! He can deal with him :-D
hugs, Robin..the worn out mom :-)

Speaking of mischeivous... Russell just decided to TOTALLY TIP OVER the bunny cage!!!!! What a mess Regan and I cleaned up!!! Oh, we found a TOY in the cage too!
Guess he thought the bunny needed that in the cage. Good think Oreo, the bunny, WASN'T in or NEAR the cage when the dumping took place!!!!

Russell is lucky he is cute...

Robin- I am mostly a lurker here, but am one of the Michigan people and a friend of Jackies. I was just about to ask if maybe you somehow just knew, like a mother knows, that there was something driving you to name that dear son of yours Chase. But as I sat down on the computer to write, I glanced out the window to see John stroll by, outside, by himself,....no idea how long he has been out there or how he got out. And his name isn't Chase, or Houdini or Speedy. What is with the desire to roam? And to do it with such little fanfare. John just wanders around checking every door and goes out without so much as a goodbye. He requires a lot of watching, and whenever my well meaning friends and relatives say "you are so lucky - He's doing so well" I think "you crazy people have no idea." I think it makes them feel better to say it, even though it's not always true, and I am not the type to launch into a list of problems- they don't understand anyway. You guys here are so great because you can share the outrageous stories and know they are appreciated. So thanks for the laughs.....

You know.... I have finally figured out why the good Lord gave me such a great sense of humor....he was prepping me for the coming of Chase. Now I hate to keep sharing these wonderful stories with you today but...sighhhhhhhhh, it is just one of those days wher I have to take it a hour at a time :-D YIKES this child!!! LOLOL, I am calm now so let me share more....
after returning home... I was in the livivng room scrapping the old tile off the floor (still) and Chase came in with his brother's Easter basket and can you believe he did it again????? YEP...that damn snow white junk... this time he sprayed cleanser with bleach all over Zach's candy ( notice it wasnt his!) and offered me a bite, saying "here honey, poison" I was speechless!!!! So when my sweet Zach comes home..he is going to be hysterical! (yes I keep the cleaners up, he climbed up on the washer and got it out of the cubboard)
So then... I am thinking the rest of the day should be ok right???? ROFL, not smart thinking on my part! I go back to work in the living room on the floor and I guess that is when the little $hit went out the bathroom window and got a bucket of sand. Why you ask??? Well, when I came into the kitchen because I heard the back door open, it was just in time to see him THROW a whole bucket of sand on the kitchen floor!!!! OMG...I thought I was having the big one! When I could find my voice..I yelled "WHAT ARE YOU DOING????" He SMILED (GRRRRRRRRRR) and said (are you ready for this????)
"ME FARMER"
I just sat down and buried my head, sighhhh :-) and then I made him help me clean it up. So I think I deserve the Mike's hard lemonade I am drinking right now dont you?????? :-D Thank God Dave is going to be home REAL soon as I am considering running away :-) Hugs to everyone having a hard day...it is almost over!
Take care, Robin
PS Hang in there Melissa :-) And Ro.... I shook him hard..LOLOLOLOL! (kidding)

Robin,
DID you hear me????
ROBINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN Louise HUMBLEEEEEE
Man oh mighty girlie, those what if's will definately do the gray. Breathe. SLOW and DEEP okay. He did the expected right???? WRONG!
He knew where he was going (although you didn't) and he made it;) Although I am a little shaken by what he did I am as PROUD as hell that he succeeded. You show me a parent that can preguess a child and you probably found the only FREAKIN' mind reader in the world. Children will do the unexpected. He is safe, he has a good sense of direction and a very wide scope of guradian angels:) The first one was used to make it past the Jugheads house (Josh), the next was the corner where to go one way meant he could see the titanic(which by the way I am still waiting for to come in) or the direction he was going, and the roads, I bet that Chase didn't get hurt because that whole area is kids preped right??? It was early in the am and everybody was still drinking coffee or SLEEPING.
Is it strange to see a little man with only pj bottoms on riding his bike down the road with his bike helment on a holiday week??? NO!!!! Maybe if it was snowing:)LOL Would it be strange if he was NUDE on that bike???? Not in my neighborhood:)LOLOLOL

As for the night out and playing cards......
If you stayed home 24 hours a day, held that little man close to your FLAT chest, he would still do things that would give you gray hair. HUG him and yourself:) Let him explore (guardedly) he needs that adventure sometimes:)
Robin you area a GREAT PARENT. Never doubt that:) Although many doubt his abilities you and Dave have instilled some very good things into him:)
BTW:
SHAKE THE $HIT OUT OF HIM FOR ME.
Love RO
