Oh Robin, so glad Chase is ok and (((hugs))) to you.
You sure Sarah and Chase aren't related, cos that's the kind of thing Sarah does?? We have been to ER soooo many times because she has taken meds. or something she shouldn't. We keep them inaccessible but she still catches us out now and again.

Robin! Yowza! Another adventure!Glad our man the Chaster is ok now!
We got a child safe thru Right Start I believe it was.It was actually to keep Mike's pistol in but it is a medicine safe. It's not combnation but has this lock that you have to stick your finger into to release from the inside. You can adjust it ~keep it set so the longest adult finger is necessary to release it.Or you could just go to WalMart & buy one of the fireproof key lock boxes.Matt has one of those to keep the other rats out of his older video games & stuff.
Susan~After my Gram passed we taped her sister one day making homemade noodles & chatting about the "old days' It's the coolest tape! We just set the camera over in the corner & didn't even tell her we were recording.I wish I had the same thing of my Grandfather though as he told the best stories.I was going to call you last night so I could make Ohio reservations.Just working thru the technichality now of getting Matt's football schedule last night, they have an 11AM Sat gamethat's fairly important. Which day is waterpark & which is KI? Maybe I'm now coming in late Sat & staying till mid day Mon rather than the whole weekend.
Melissa & Jason Congrats& Much happiness!
Radonna~Great to hear from you! 30wks already! YGG!

ROBIN I got mine at a hardware store around the corner same place I got the refrigerator lock! :)

BECKY how are you and justin? I see Debi is back here..HI DEBI!! ;) How's Mr. Gabe doing? I was reading bout the eating in the mmiddle of the night...Liv still won't climb over our gate that blocks off the kitchen. Don't know what I'll do when she does.ALTHOUGH!!! since her t and a she has YET to wake up in the middle of the night she can't get in the fridge cuz it's locked but the cabinets are another story. ALTHOUGH I hide MY GOODIES in the pots and pans cabinets...SHHH don't tell her!!!!

Liv and I were up early to take Jeff on his LAST trip outta town. We were up at 5 and you know what she did? OHHH she is inna lotta trouble. Jeff told her DON'T(big mistake the don't word) hold my portable dvd player.WELL of course she wouldn't put it down then DROPPED it on the kitchen floor.OOPS..WELL now we only have sound on it... Jeff was soo MAD I have NEVER heard him raise his voice to her but man she was in for IT!!!!! SO she is BUSTED!!!!

Taking the boy to swimming lessons at the Y. Olivia is gonna do it in Sept. I am appealing her afterschool program and now have an appt aug 12 for an informal mediation. I've got all of Jeffs dr.'s papers so I know she'll get back her hours at least most of em. I don't think it will require us going any further but HEY WHO KNOWS!!!!I miss you guys. Next week Jeff has 5 dr.'s appts and I have my LAST dentist appt before my DEEP CLEANING!!! YIKES!!! can you say PAINKILLERS??? EVERYONE I spoke to about getting that done says YIKES it's AWFUL.. Gee thanks guys...LOL...Jeff gets his pulmonary hypertension test tues then he'll hafta go back for a rt. sided heart cath the next week and he also has to do his endoscopy(banding of his varices that came back) that week too...Poor guy he gets tortured all the time and I whine about a deep cleaning. Not to him though..;0

CC Christopher will do great did ya get my message about the new way they are doing T and a at UCLA???? Livs head and neck surgeon NINA SHAPIRO(she's the BEST if ya live in L.A.) does thius BRAND NEW procedure sounds amazing...(((HUGS))) to you.

SUSAN missed you... I'll bet everything will be A-OKAY with EM'S aide..

ANNIE CONGRATS!!! I am gonna take the aide test next week as a matter of fact. While the kids are in school I will be working only 8-11 Mon-Fri at a preschool . Actually a sp. ed aide I will be. Should be interseting. I am FAR FAR more patient with other kids than my own so it will be nice just to get outta the house for 3 hours a day.WELL gotta git .SWIMMING AWAITS!!! Kyle bout fell over when in his 1st lesson he had to jump into the DEEP water and get to the side on his own. A lot of his classmates have taken swimming lessons there so he had to put on a tough guy act in front of them but he looked absolutely TERRIFIED!!!Livs coming along to watch wonder how that will go.. ;O BYE

Robin, so glad to hear Chase is okay. I think I like the safe with combo idea:^) Chase is a smart boy, it should only take him a week to figure out the combo. Maybe he would do like my brother and just remove the hinge pins:^)
Mon. John-John turned 4, tue he had his yearly appt. 50% in hgt & wt on a normal chart(3rd time). What a boy! His big sis Victoria had her birthday wed so they are no longer 4, 5& 6. I always love those two days. Am I crazy, I bought John-John a drum set. Actually he plays it doesn't bang. It's so cute.
I saw on the DScalander John Angus turns 5 today, Happy Birthday. Have a great day.
P.S. I hear his sisters playing the drums as I write.

Hello again everyone!!!...It's been such a long time since I posted, but do try and catch up on all of you.
ROBIN....OMG you had me nearly crying and then laughing at the antics of Chase. You must have been out of your mind. What happened to your other kids while you and Dave were at the er?
Jordan used to eat cigarette butts out of the ashtray. We only smoke outside, but one day I left him out there 'cause he seemed fine with the girls - jumping on the trampoline, digging in the sandpit etc... so how wrong was I? I went out after about 20 mins to see what he was doing, and his mouth was surrounded by all this yucky black stuff. OMG we thought...but when I rang the hosp. to get some info, they said only to bring him in if he looked unwell. I must have caught him early in the piece cos he showed no ill effects, thank goodness...
These kids are surely sent to try us aren't they?

Robin,
I am so glad to hear Chase is okay. That must have been so frightening!
I have to tell you, you have a way of writing that just keeps me wanting to read more. I don't usually post to the message board but occassionally just glance over it. I always stop wherever I see a post you have made. You shoud consider like writing a book of your expereinces or something. You have a great sense of humor and probably more patience that lots of other people have and probably even more than you think you have.

Hello everyone... another week another story...

Robin... How scary for you!! I am really glad everything turned out OK... BUT... Chase should not scare his Mummy like that...
We took Emily off the Clonidine for fear of the same thing happening here... ours were only packaged in foil bubble packs and a cardboard box...and they are such nasty drugs to not use properly...
Now I am thinking I had better find a Higher place to keep the Dex... The bottles they are in dont even have childproof caps on them...Hmmmmmm......

Isnt it soooo great to have the BB up and Running again!!! Thankyou sooooooooo much to Michelle and everyone else who helped her for your tireless efforts to pull this family together...
Yesterday while I was soooo totally engrossed in reading and posting on the BB... Lewis was roaming around the house like a wrecking ball... the way he usually does... I heard him in the fridge, so I called out to him to shut it... which he did...AMAZING !! Then I could hear him open the dishwasher, and then plates etc stsrted to rattle...Hmmmm.... so I went out to check on him...
He had taken a can of cat food out of the fridge, emptied it into the cat bowl, put the empty can in the bin, and had taken all the lunchtime dishes off the bench and put them into the Dishwasher...
I was totally Dumbfounded.... is this kid smart... or is he up to something...
If only he was this helpful when it comes to putting away his toys....

I wont be able to chat again tomorrow... BoooHooo...
Lewis has a Milestone Eval with the PT right on chat time.... Pooooh...

Lewis is going in to hospital on Tuesday to have his ears checked out and Grommets (tubes) put in. Im sure all will be fine... but wish us luck...
Hubby will be away so I have to go it alone...whic is common these days... I am getting used to it now...at least he will be back for my Birthday this year.

Ok... enough for today....

Hope everyone is well, safe and Happy....

Huggles.....

Tammy.....

Glad to hear that Chase made it through his ordeal safely. I've always maintained that those darned bottles aren't kid-proof... they're adult-proof. I'm always asking one of the girls to open them!!!
Still crawling around work begging someone to take my shift so we can do the Ohio scene. Wish me luck!!

What an adventure!!! We went thru it once when Trevor decided to take Taylor's concerta (ADHD medication). He though it was candy and I had set it next to Taylor's cereal bowl---and she forgot. Needless to say she went off to school and Trevor said he took it and we had to take him in. Been there and it is not pretty!!! How is pediatric ICU anyway???? Been awile since we've been there.
Try and get some sleep.

Ahhhhh, we are home. One thing about having Chase is things are never boring (or calm) here at our house.
We spent the last 17 hours in Pediatric ICU !!!! We jsut walked in the door and are totally wiped out...well dave and I are..chase seems to now to be totally unbothered by the whole ordeal as usual. He got his little paws on the bottle of clonidine (blood pressure medication he takes for agression) and decided to take ten of them with his applesauce just the way mom gives it to him and he was oh so proud. HOWEVER..it was a LETHAL DOSE, it was awful, we were so hysterical looking back at just getting him and getting out of the house..I bet would of made a great short video. They had him hooked to so many things and it took 5 nurses and us to get charcoal down him, a IV into him and machines hooked up. And I wil have you know we taught our child well.... thru all of it..he NEVER forgot his manners God Bless his sweet little heart! He was screaming hysterically "no no thankyou Dan!!!....please no nurses, no no, help me please mom dad, doctor no more thank you.Oh man it was so hard... I had to keep walking away crying..how those of you who have to do it often survive is beyond me,... bless you all! Once the charcoal was down, tubes were in and machines were going..he then proceeded to charm the pants off all the er and PICU staff:-D Ahhhh my son is so precious! He made them all feel as if they were the most important person in the world...asking them all about themselves, spouses, children and pets LOLOL introduced everyone to everyone!!!! Then there were the NOT SO PRECIOUS moments like when we laid down about 2:30a.m. to be woken at 3:30a.m. by him jumping up and down in the hospital bed saying "my tummy is hungry wake up!" Or when the charcoal started to"remove itself" from his body and he had TERRIBLE GAS and he and his male nurse both LAUGHED crazyily over his horrendous passing of said gas for an hour or so!!!! LOLOL OMG...they were both bad bad bad!!!One encouraging the other..LOL! Needless to say much sleep was not gotten although we were so well accommodated by the ICU..they got us beds, pesonal stuff...drinks, oh man.
He is officially ok now, meds are out of his system and we are buying a lock box for all medication! How can a child who says he cant snap his pants because "it is too hard" open a child proof top??? Me thinks he is just a lazy boy who will be snapping those own pants from here on out. I need a shower..I am covered with that balck stuff. Hugs to all,
Robin

~
BARB: When did your boss think you might be sleeping??? I used to do shifts like that YEARS ago, when I was much much younger. I really hope you can find someone to work for you on Tuesday.
~
Last night, we went to buy school supplies........YIKES, it was over $100!!! Emily had some birthday money that was burning a hole in her pocket, so we set her loose in Walmart to shop. LOL She spent it in the first 5 minutes in the electronics department. She picked out several video games (had to strongly encourage her to NOT buy the TEEN rated ones!) and a new Aaron Carter CD. She spends LOTS of time in her room, listening to CD's and making this huge "quilt" of videos all over her bed. She dances, sings, and looks at the huge menagerie of movies on her bed for hours!! It's not a problem, except when we have guests..........Em's bed is usually the guest bed. Terry's mom is here for a visit, and Emily doesn't hesitate to toss all Gramma's stuff onto the floor and cover the bed with movies. UNUSUAL past time, I know!!!
~
Does anyone out there watch "American Juniors"? LOL I almost never watch TV at all, but I got really addicted to "American Idol" and now this one too! Such talented kids..it's amazing!
~
JACKIE D.....you're now officially one of the Missing in Action. Post up!!!

Have a great day,

Something my mom sent me.
And they call some of these people "retarded"...
A few years ago, at the Seattle Special Olympics, nine contestants, all physically or mentally disabled, assembled at the starting line for
the 100-yard dash. At the gun, they all started out, not exactly in a dash, but with a relish to run the race to the finish and win.
All, that is, except one little boy who stumbled on the asphalt, tumbled over a couple of times, and began to cry. The other eight heard the
boy cry. They slowed down and looked back. Then they all turned around and went back......every one of them.
One girl with Down's Syndrome bent down and kissed him and said,"This will make it better." Then all nine linked arms and walked together to
the finish line. Everyone in the stadium stood, the cheering went on for several minutes. People who were there are still telling the story.
Why? Because deep down we know this one thing: What matters in this life is more than winning for ourselves. What matters in this life is
helping others win, even if it means slowing down and changing our course.

And now...
While I was browsing the Bulletin Board (again, thank you Michelle), Cassie climbed onto the dining room table. She has before, so we keep the chairs pushed in, and they were pushed in tonight. She climbed up alternating between the side of a chair and her highchair (like rockclimbing). Then somehow she got the candy jar (a glass one of course), opened it, picked out a Hershey miniature, and even opened the candy bar BY HERSELF. She was quite proud. Then she got off the table by herself the same way she went up. Quite impressive really.

Michelle, thank you so much for all of your work! This site and my UnoMas friends have become a big part of my life, I'm so glad you made it all possible.
Melissa, Congratulations! And thanks for sharing the trucker story.
Radonna, I was glad to read your post. I haven't heard any updates about you recently and am so glad that everything is going so well. Even so, you will still be in my prayers every night!
Steff, your family is there every night too.
Cassie's big accomplishment today: She learned to blow! So, she has now been playing the kazoo for about 20 minutes, and taking breaks every so often so I can clap and cheer wildly (which I do of course).
Hope everyone is well!

Thank you so much - I am sorry you have had such an awful time and I hope you know how very much all your hard work is appreciated.
I am so happy to see the BB back up and running - I have been viewing the MB but I am always reluctant to post on it as I find it too hard to keep track of all the posts - a bit slow on the uptake that's me!
I am so glad you haven't let the weirdos and sickos win - all I can say about them is that they must have very empty lives and they deserve everything they got coming to them.
Michelle - you are the best - thank you, thank you, thank you.

Melissa,
Congratulations! I think marriage is one of the best things God invented! Hope you have many happy years together. And Robin really is kidding, she wouldn't give Dave up!
Susan - let us know what is going on with Emily's aide. We'll hope that they are't contemplating any change that would affect her. I know what you mean about grandparents. My grandma wasn't herself at the end (she lived to be 95!) and although it didn't bother her, it was difficult for me. She was always such a strong and in-charge person, that I had difficulty with her somewhat diminished memory. In retrospect, it doesn't bother me as much, because I know she was unaware of it and was therefore unaffected by it.
I'm looking forward to the return of the BB! Hope to see you all there soon! Hugs, Laura

Thanks again to all for your answears!

MELINDA (Noahsmommy): I've had you on my mind....how is Noah doing? I'm praying all is well! Please post soon.
~
KRISTI: Please give Hayli a belated birthday hug from us. I hope she had a great birthday!
~
CONNIE: Do we need to add you to the list of missing Uno Masers? How are all the Longshore's?
~
I got a call from Emily's assistant yesterday. The first full day of school for my kids will be Monday, and her assistant had just received a letter stating that she would now be a "district-wide- aide" rather than a personal assistant for Emily. She is going to a meeting on Thursday to see what this means. I'm determined not to get overly concerned about it YET. She works with Emily in the regular classroom, but there is a large portion of the day when Emily is alone (lunch, library, PE, recess, resource class, etc) so maybe the school is just planning for the aide to work with another student (surely in the same school!!) during those times. I don't know. I'm already nervous about this year because Emily will be changing classes, using a locker, etc. She's growing up!!!
~
I'm getting really excited because I'm going (From Thursday to Sunday) to Kansas to visit my grandmother, who is 89. My youngest sister from California is meeting me there, and we are really looking forward to it! She is my mother's mother, and her memory is fading fairly quickly.......we hope to talk to her about her memories of Mom as she was growing up while she can remember it. Her memory of 60 years ago seems to be intact, although she doesn't always remember what she did yesterday. I know that's common, but it's hard to see her confused at all.
~
I'd better get moving...have a great day Everyone!

MICHELLE:
Thank you soooo much for all your hard work...I'm sure it hard on you to sort thru those demented posts, and I'm sorry you have to do such a sickening job. I keep praying that the authorities catch up with this
person/persons and shut them down for good...I just find it hard to believe that ANYONE whose human, could pick on such defenseless and innocent children. They must be tortured souls and very cowardly.
If there is anything we can do, let us know...Thanks
again! Dolly

Hi there. I am putting the bulletin board back online tonight, because I think I've figured out a way to perserve incriminating evidence. Over the past few days I've been trying to move vulgar posts one by one to a special file ... but there are so many of them and it became unbearable to view that garbage over and over again. I finally was so sad and sickened that I decided to move the entire Down syndrome thread to "save for police" section. I'd rather view and move legitimate threads back to the down syndrome thread, than to keep seeing those awful images.

I'd like to ask the BB moderators to help me sort through the "Save for Police" posts and move any legitimate threads back into the General DS category. Then, any rude posts that appear ... please do not delete them ... just move them to the SAVE FOR POLICE category.

Many people from AOL have been emailing me saying that they are having trouble posting to the message board. I am still trying to work this out. I've made some changes today ... please try again and see if you can post now.

Thank you so much to everyone for your support. I've gotten many wonderful supportive emails and several generous donations. There's no doubt in my mind that it's worth the effort to keep finding ways to stay online and find new ways to keep our site secure.
Thank you so much for all the support, love and kind words.

Michelle

Alice- have them put it in the IEP that all of Luke's therapies should be at the place of your choice. Pictures are at the yahoogroups website under files, I believe. You have to be a member of the unomas21 island to view them.
Melissa - Congrats to you & hubby!! Oooh...ya made me cry with that post about the boy at the truck stop.
Radonna - nice to see you posting! We've missed you!
Meghan did well at her ENT appt today. she had a little wax but her hearing test was perfect so that's that for now. One question...those of you whose kids have tubes - how often do they have to go for check-ups? Dr Z makes us come back every 3 months & he does her hearing every 6 months but I think since she's had 3 good hearing tests in a row he'll back off on those. Seems like I'm always at his office but it's comforting to know he follows her so closely!
And Matthew goes for his 3 month check up tomorrow. The kid is a beast - I'm betting he's ATLEAST 15 pounds and maybe 25 inches? We'll see tomorrow. Meghan was such a peanut compared to him. As for me, I started weight watchers yesterday - I'm doing it on-line 'cause I'm not a meetings kind of person. Anyone else on it? Well, off to bed, goodnight all. laurie

Alice.... you should have no problem wiht still getting the therapies from the school district. Just notify whoever does your IEP and tell them where Luke is going to be going to school there and that you want them to come to his new school to do the OT, PT and spech or whatever he gets in his case. Huggers to you..
Robin

Robin, I know my post sounded terrible- its just that I am SO busy, and my internet time has to be kept to a minimum (costs), that I found the BB more topic oriented. There is a lot of personal stuff there too, but I enjoyed it- I've felt I've gotten to know a lot of you- its just that here on the MB, the chatting is much more, and its hard to follow topics as well. Hopefully Micelle will sometime get the BB up.

A Truckers Story

I try not to be biased, but I had my doubts
about hiring Stevie. His
placement counselor assured me that he would be
a good, reliable busboy.
But I had never had a mentally handicapped
employee and wasn't sure I
wanted one. I wasn't sure how my Customers would
react to Stevie. He was
short, a little dumpy with the smooth facial
features and thick-tongued
speech of Down Syndrome.

I wasn't worried about most of my trucker
customers because truckers don't
generally care who buses tables as long as the
meatloaf platter is good
and the pies are homemade. The four-wheeler
drivers were the ones who
concerned me; the mouthy college kids traveling
to school; the yuppie
snobs who secretly polish their silverware with
their napkins for fear of
catching some dreaded "truck stop germ"; the
pairs of white shirted
business men on expense accounts who think every
truck stop waitress wants
to be flirted with. I knew those people would be
uncomfortable around
Stevie so I closely watched him for the first
few weeks.

I shouldn't have worried. After the first week,
Stevie had my staff
wrapped around his stubby little finger, and
within a month my truck
regulars had adopted him as their official truck
stop mascot. After that,
I really didn't care what the rest of the
customers thought of him. He
was like a 21-year-old in blue jeans and Nikes,
eager to laugh and eager
to please, but fierce in his attention to his
duties. Every salt and
pepper shaker was exactly in its place, not a
bread crumb or coffee spill
was visible when Stevie got done with the table.
Our only problem was
persuading him to wait to clean a table until
after the customers were
finished. He would hover in the background,
shifting his weight from one
foot to the other, scanning the dining room
until a table was empty. Then
he would scurry to the empty table and carefully
bus dishes and glasses
onto cart and meticulously wipe the table up
with a practiced flourish of
his rag. If he thought a customer was watching,
his brow would pucker
with added concentration. He took pride in doing
his job exactly right,
and you had to love how hard he tried to please
each and every person he
met.

Over time, we learned that he lived with his
mother, a widow who was
disabled after repeated surgeries for cancer.
They lived on their Social
Security benefits in public housing two miles
from the truck stop. Their
Social worker, who stopped to check on him every
so often, admitted they
had fallen between the cracks. Money was tight,
and what I paid him was
probably the difference between them being able
to live together and
Stevie being sent to a group home. That's why
the restaurant was a gloomy
place that morning last August, the first
morning in three years that
Stevie missed work.

He was at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester getting a
new valve or something
put in his heart. His social worker said that
people with Down syndrome
often had heart problems at an early age so this
wasn't unexpected, and
there was a good chance he would come through
the surgery in good shape
and be back at work in a few months. A ripple
of excitement ran through
the staff later that morning when word came that
he was out of surgery, in
recovery and doing fine. Frannie, head
waitress, let out a war hoop and
did a little dance in the aisle when she heard
the good news. Belle
Ringer, one of our regular trucker customers,
stared at the sight of the
50-year-old grandmother of four doing a victory
shimmy beside his table.
Frannie blushed, smoothed her apron and shot
Belle Ringer a withering
look.

He grinned. "OK, Frannie, what was that all
about?" he asked.

"We just got word that Stevie is out of surgery
and going to be okay."

"I was wondering where he was. I had a new joke
to tell him. What was the
surgery about?"

Frannie quickly told Belle Ringer and the other
two drivers sitting at his
booth about Stevie's surgery, then sighed.
"Yeah, I'm glad he is going to
be OK" she said. "But I don't know how he and
his Mom are going to handle
all the bills. From what I hear, they're barely
getting by as it is."

Belle Ringer nodded thoughtfully, and Frannie
hurried off to wait on the
rest of her tables. Since I hadn't had time to
round up a busboy to
replace Stevie and really didn't want to replace
him, the girls were
busing their own tables that day until we
decided what to do.

After the morning rush, Frannie walked into my
office. She had a couple
of paper napkins in her hand and a funny look on
her face.

" What's up?" I asked.

"I didn't get that table where Belle Ringer and
his friends were sitting
cleared off after they left, and Pony Pete and
Tony Tipper were sitting
there when I got back to clean it off," she
said. "This was folded and
tucked under a coffee cup." She handed the
napkin to me, and three $20
bills fell onto my desk when I opened it. On
the outside, in big, bold
letters, was printed "Something For Stevie."

"Pony Pete asked me what that was all about,"
she said, "so I told about
Stevie and his Mom and everything, and Pete
looked at Tony and Tony looked
at Pete, and they ended up giving! Me this."
She handed me another paper
napkin that had "Something For Stevie" scrawled
on its outside. Two $50
bills were tucked within its folds. Frannie
looked at me with wet, shiny
eyes, shook her head and said simply "truckers."

That was three months ago. Today is
Thanksgiving, the first day Stevie is
supposed to be back to work. His placement
worker said he's been counting
the days until the doctor said he could work,
and it didn't matter at all
that it was a holiday. He called 10 times in
the past week, making sure
we knew he was coming, fearful that we had
forgotten him or that his job
was in jeopardy. I arranged to have his mother
bring him to work, met
them in the parking lot and invited them both to
celebrate his day back.
Stevie was thinner and paler, but couldn't stop
grinning as he pushed
through the doors and headed for the back room
where his apron and busing
cart were waiting.

"Hold up there, Stevie, not so fast," I said. I
took him and his mother by
their arms. "Work can wait for a minute. To
celebrate you coming back,
breakfast for you and your mother is on me!" I
led them toward a large
corner booth at the rear of the room. I could
feel and hear the rest of
the staff following behind as we marched through
the dining room. Glancing
over my shoulder, I saw booth after booth of
grinning truckers empty and
join the procession. We stopped in front of the
big table. Its surface
was covered with coffee cups, saucers and dinner
plates, all sitting
slightly crooked on dozens of folded paper
napkins.

"First thing you have to do, Stevie, is clean up
this mess," I said. I
tried to sound stern. Stevie looked at me, and
then at his mother, then
pulled out one of the napkins. It had
"Something for Stevie" printed on
the outside. As he picked it up, two $10 bills
fell onto the table. Stevie
stared at the money, then at all the napkins
peeking from beneath the
tableware, each with his name printed or
scrawled on it. I turned to his
mother.

"There's more than $10,000 in cash and checks on
that table, all from
truckers and trucking companies that heard about
your problems. "Happy
Thanksgiving,"

Well, it got real noisy about that time, with
everybody hollering and
shouting, and there were a few tears, as well.
But you know what's funny?
While everybody else was busy shaking hands and
hugging each other,
Stevie, with a big, big smile on his face, was
busy clearing all the cups
and dishes from the table. Best worker I ever
hired. Plant a seed and
watch it grow. At this point, you can bury this
inspirational message or
forward it fulfilling the need! If you shed a
tear, hug yourself because
you are a compassionate person.

WELL.................DON'T JUST SIT THERE SEND
THIS STORY ON! When you're
lonely, I wish you LOVE. When you're down, I
wish you JOY. When things
get complicated, I wish you FAITH. When things
look empty, I wish you
HOPE.

I am so glad to see Uno mas is back. I miss everyone so much! I missed getting to read how everyone was doing the few times I could get to a computer.
Things are doing great with me. Friday I hit 30 weeks and so far things are looking really good.
Kaden was suppose to have surgery tomorrow on his mouth but his insurance denied it. That is a whole post in itself. Kaden's teeth are grinded into the gums and absessed but because his insurance is closing in three days he will have to wait for his new insurance to take effect in the mean time he'll just have to suffer.
I wish I knew a good lawyer I really would take this to court. I was on the phone all morning trying to get his surgery back on but had no luck at all. It has been rescheduled till the 12th.
I have two rowdy boys driving my Mom nuts and my nephew 7 month old Landon is here too so I have to go.
Miss you all so much
Radonna
